This is my early birthday present from Glen. I've been wanting a boche and nutrimill for a couple years! (I don't know why I didn't just buy it for myself when I was single and working for the shipyard!) Anyway, I'm really excited to have it.
This is what the flour looks like right after milling. It's nice because you can set it to mill finer or coarser. It's not too loud. Ginger slept right through the grinding process. ( I thought for sure it would waker her up). It works fast. I got 15 cups of flour in about 5 minutes.

I am jealous- I want one of those so bad. Homemade wheat bread and jam is heaven on this earth for me!!
