Glen's brother Scot wanted to make some chinese food, so all us Chandlers hopped on the ban wagon and volunteered to make different dishes. Glen and I learned how to make sushi! We made California rolls with smoked salmon and some with imitation crab. YUM. They turned out good! Safeway had all the stuff we needed. It was fun and easy to make. We finally got to use our sushi kit that we've had for a few years. Scot is the family chef. He made really good sweet and sour pork and lemon chicken etc.

I think Greg is jealous of your sushi. He's always trying to find somebody to have a sushi party with, but so far all our friends don't like it! I they are just afraid of raw fish. Greg made some for me when we were dating that was very good. It's kind of fun to make =) Ginger seems to like it too!
How fun! And delicious!! We love chinese food. Paul and his mom took a chinese cooking class one time. We haven't been brave enough to do sushi yet, but that all just looks so good!!
I tried Sushi once and wasn't the biggest fan, but this just looks and sounds too delish- with SALMON??? I love it!
